Refund Eligibility Criteria

At Toujours Mikes, we understand that circumstances change and sometimes our cooking programs might not align with your current situation. Our refund policy has been designed to be fair while supporting our educational mission.

  • Course Cancellation: Full refund available if you cancel within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials.
  • Technical Issues: Refunds provided when platform technical problems prevent course completion, verified by our support team.
  • Medical Circumstances: Special consideration given for documented medical situations that prevent course participation.
  • Program Changes: Full refund offered if we significantly alter course content or cancel scheduled live sessions.
  • Duplicate Enrollment: Immediate refund for accidental duplicate registrations reported within 7 days.

Important Notice

Refunds are not available for completed courses, specialty ingredient kits that have been shipped, or one-on-one coaching sessions that have already occurred. Digital downloads and recipe collections are non-refundable once accessed.

We'll verify your course progress, payment details, and eligibility criteria. You'll receive an email confirmation once the review is complete.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and expected timeframe.

Most refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Processing time varies by payment method: credit cards take 3-5 business days, PayPal takes 1-2 business days, and bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
